The house

The home sits on a private block in East Hampton, with an open living, dining and kitchen layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, cookware and both pot and Keurig coffee makers. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a living-room smart TV are available. Weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house. Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have one double/full bed and a standard closet. The primary bedroom has one queen bed, a walk-in closet and a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are supplied.

The private backyard has an outdoor freshwater heated pool, lounge chairs, an uncovered deck/patio with a table and chairs, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The yard is fenced. Bicycles, parking, a private entrance and a usable wood-burning indoor fireplace are also available. Outdoor facilities are subject to seasonal availability.
