The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home accommodates up to seven guests and has 3.5 bathrooms. An open-plan living and dining area has tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors opening onto a large deck. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker and a wet bar.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom with a shower, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. A first-floor queen bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, a third bedroom has two twin beds, and a separate enclosed additional sleeping area has a sofa bed. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning. A further full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is upstairs, and a powder room is on the first floor.

Outdoors are a heated freshwater gunite pool, fenced backyard, uncovered deck, lounge seating, gas grill, outdoor dining furniture and a wood-burning fire pit. Community tennis courts are available. Indoor facilities include a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a laptop-friendly workspace, and fitness equipment for weight training and stretching or yoga. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The property borders Shinnecock Hills Golf Course and has free parking. Nearby destinations include ocean and bay beaches, Spring Pond, Cold Spring Bay, Southampton and Water Mill. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
