The house

The home has four bedrooms, additional lower-level sleeping space, and five full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. Updated furnishings, paint, fixtures and bedding complement a living room, a den with fireplace, a formal dining area, and a kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and an oversized island. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings and a spa-style bath. All four bedrooms have streaming TVs and closets.

The lower level includes a tiered movie room, gym and custom golf simulator. A third-floor bonus/yoga studio provides space for wellness or remote work. Heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The backyard has a heated gunite pool with waterfalls and a waterslide, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, seating, a firepit lounge, bluestone patio, pergola, covered patio and integrated Sonos sound system. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Community tennis courts are steps away and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The estate is near the bay, minutes from ocean beaches and approximately five miles from Southampton Village. After booking, the homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication.
