The house

The approximately 8,316-square-foot estate has formal living and dining rooms, a main-level den, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large island, and sliding and retractable glass doors connecting indoor spaces to the gardens. A lower-level gym and movie den, dedicated home office, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, television, washer and dryer support longer stays. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. A crib and ironing board are not available.

Outside are a private heated pool, hot tub, chaise loungers, a covered pavilion, deck, patio, outdoor dining table and built-in gas barbecue. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Parking is available for family and guests.

Five upstairs bedrooms each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The primary suite also has a private terrace, fireplace, two walk-in closets and a marble bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower. The main-floor junior primary bedroom has one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; the lower-level bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. All seven bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. An additional main-floor full bathroom is accessible from the patio and laundry room, and a main-floor powder room provides the remaining half bathroom.

Southampton Village’s boutiques, galleries and restaurants are minutes away. Coopers Beach and Cryder Beach are a short drive away. Pool, hot tub and outdoor-equipment use are subject to seasonal conditions.
