The house

The approximately 2,700-square-foot home has an open floor plan with water views, bright living areas, a living-room fireplace, a dining room and an island kitchen with a coffee maker and appliances. It accommodates up to seven guests. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a designated work-from-home space with water views, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Outdoor facilities include an expansive deck, balconies, a gas barbecue, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, a fire pit, a yard and an outdoor shower. The private waterfront dock, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes provide recreation options, and free parking is available.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the second floor. All four have air conditioning and balcony/deck access. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a queen and a double/full bed; Bedroom 4 has a twin/single, a double/full and a sofa bed. Bedrooms 1–3 have full ensuite bathrooms, while Bedroom 4 has a half ensuite bathroom. The separate bathroom inventory includes three full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and a fourth full bathroom with a shower.

The home is minutes from Shinnecock Hills, Southampton village and Water Mill, and moments from North Sea Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
