House rules

Maximum occupancy is three. The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted for $500.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings are available at guests' expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the property is not rebooked, guests may retain their original stay provided payments meet the agreed schedule and written notice is given at least 72 hours before arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Not handicap accessible and not suitable for multiple families. The home is waterfront-adjacent. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
