The house

The home has an open living and dining layout with large windows, two main-floor bedrooms, and one shared main-floor full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom has one queen bed, air conditioning, a streaming TV and a standard closet. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and parking are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, a gas grill, a gas firepit and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private yard is enclosed. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available.

The home is waterfront-adjacent in Shinnecock Hills, near Southampton restaurants, shops, galleries, golf courses and beaches. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Outdoor facilities are subject to seasonal availability.
