The house

The 4,000-square-foot home occupies one and a half acres. Its open-plan interior includes a vaulted-ceiling living room with a TV and wood-burning fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite has a fireplace and sun deck. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are upstairs; all five have air conditioning. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The four full bathrooms include one with a shower and tub and three with showers.

Outside are a large back deck, patio furniture, four lounge chairs, a gas grill, a private heated outdoor pool, a private tennis court and a basketball court. The yard is fenced. Indoor amenities include a ping-pong table, cable and smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and Nespresso, Keurig and pot coffee options. There is a private entrance, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and driveway parking for four cars.

The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Outdoor pool use is typically seasonal, and off-season outdoor furniture and equipment require advance inquiry.
