The finished lower level includes a TV, kitchenette and gym with weight-training equipment and cardio machines.
The landscaped backyard has a stone patio, grill, outdoor bar with four seats, lawn, six poolside loungers and a seating area with couches and a fireplace. Outdoor wellness facilities include a private gunite pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge.
Seven bedrooms include a junior principal suite. The primary suite has cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a balcony overlooking the backyard and a large bathroom with a sitting tub. Bedrooms are distributed across the lower, main and second floors; an additional sleeping space is on the main floor. All seven bedrooms and the additional sleeping space have air conditioning.
