The house

The approximately 4,000-square-foot home has an open floor plan with multiple indoor and outdoor sitting and dining areas. The living room includes a fireplace, and the kitchen has an island with prep space and seating. An additional oven is available in the basement for larger parties. A dedicated work-from-home space, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private gunite pool, patio, gas barbecue, outdoor dining table, fire pit and outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Free parking is available.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house. The primary bedroom has a king bed; Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have two queen beds; Bedroom 3 has three twin/single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The primary bedroom and Bedrooms 3 and 4 have full ensuite bathrooms. Cable TV is available in the primary bedroom and Bedrooms 2 and 4. Standard closets are provided in the primary bedroom and Bedrooms 3 and 4. There are two half bathrooms on the main floor and three full bathrooms upstairs; two upstairs bathrooms have shower/tub combinations, while the primary bathroom has a shower and tub.

Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Coopers Beach, Halsey Neck Beach and Meadow Lane Beach are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
