The house

The home has an open layout with a living room and usable fireplace, a separate dining area, and an island kitchen with appliances and a coffee maker. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and a dedicated work-from-home space are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are available.

Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, an uncovered deck with a dining table and gas grill, several sitting areas, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a swing set and an expansive lawn. The backyard is fenced, and free parking is available. The house has an estimated floor area of 3,000 square feet.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor: a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a children's bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs are a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a closet. Bathrooms comprise a main-floor ensuite with a shower/tub combination, a main-floor half bathroom, an upstairs full bathroom with a shower, and a lower-level full bathroom with a shower.

The property is close to Southampton village and beaches, Water Mill, Shinnecock Hills and Tuckahoe Woods Preserve. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
