The house

Southampton Serene has landscaped grounds, a fenced backyard, a private heated pool with a sundeck and chaise loungers, a gazebo with covered outdoor dining, a private tennis court, gas BBQ grills and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Parking is available on the property. The pool itself is not fenced.

The main level has an open-plan living room, dining room and fully equipped chef's kitchen with a center island, cookware, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor deck. The living room has a sofa and fireplace; an additional upstairs living area has a second sofa and TV. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Two main-floor guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom with a shower. This floor also has a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and a powder room. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a full ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, streaming TV and a balcony/deck. Two further upstairs guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets.

The home is in Southampton, near village attractions, beaches, restaurants and golf. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
