The house

The home has an open-concept living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors connect the interior to the outdoor areas. Multiple sitting areas, designer furnishings, artwork, heating and an indoor-outdoor fireplace complement the layout. The main-level TV den doubles as an office with a sofa, swivel chairs, large-screen television and printer/scanner/copier. Mesh Wi-Fi serves the property.

Outside are landscaped grounds, a paved sun deck with chaise loungers, a patio and a generous deck. The built-in outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, gas grill and bar seating. A gas fireplace sits above the pool. A private driveway provides ample parking.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, chaise lounge and glass doors opening onto the pool area. Its ensuite includes a double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Upstairs are one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; the primary bedroom and first upstairs guest bedroom have streaming TVs. A half bathroom is on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer and dryer are provided.

Area beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Southampton restaurants, shops and galleries are nearby. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
