The house

Set on a quiet street, the home has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with exposed wood beams, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Large sliding glass doors open onto the deck. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, cookware and dishes. Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The landscaped, fenced-in backyard has a private heated pool, a sundeck with chaise loungers, outdoor seating, a dining table, an outdoor sofa and a gas barbecue. Off-street parking is available.

All bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and streaming TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a closet, direct backyard access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a closet. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Cooper’s Beach and Gin Lane Beach are nearby. Southampton village center is a short drive or bike ride away. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and an end-of-stay cleaning are included; extra cleanings are available at guests’ expense.
