House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $2,500 is required, governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The primary bedroom is on the second floor; the other three bedrooms are on the main floor. The pool is not fenced. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
