The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen with natural light. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave and a coffee maker. Central air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside are a private pool, hot tub, fenced backyard, furnished patio for outdoor dining, gas grill and gas firepit. Entertainment includes Sonos, a ping-pong table, cornhole, board games, cards and a stationary bike. The pool itself is not fenced.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, closet and balcony/deck. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor with a king bed that can be converted to two twins on request. Bedroom 3 is on the main floor with a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck. Bedroom 4 is on the main floor with a queen bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, streaming TV and closets. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom; the primary ensuite includes a shower and tub, and the other full bathrooms have showers.

The home is minutes from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and close to Southampton restaurants, shops, galleries and beaches. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
