The house

The approximately 2,000-square-foot home accommodates six guests and has an open floor plan with large windows, multiple sitting and dining areas, and a living-room fireplace. The kitchen includes cooking tools, a microwave and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, a dedicated work-from-home space, Sonos speakers, central air conditioning, heating, and an in-home washer and dryer are provided, along with bed linens, towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board.

The primary bedroom is on the fourth floor and has a king bed, air conditioning, streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms on the first/main floor each have a queen bed, air conditioning, TV and balcony/deck access; bedroom 2 also has a standard closet. The first/main-floor bathroom has a shower, and the fourth-floor primary bathroom has a shower and tub.

Outside are a large furnished deck with sitting and dining areas, a gas barbecue, hot tub, fire pit and fenced backyard. Free parking is available. Southampton town and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
