The house

This single-story home has an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The main living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and a separate den has a sectional for watching movies or relaxing.

The stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glassware, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, wine fridge and ice maker. An island provides preparation space and casual dining.

All three bedrooms have a queen bed and air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a television, closet and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The two guest bedrooms have closets; one has a dedicated desk. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outside are a private freshwater pool, a generous sundeck, a fully fenced yard with mature trees, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Off-street parking is available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer and dryer are provided. The home also has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and smart television facilities.

Southampton restaurants, shops, bars and beaches are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
