House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. Guests pay for cleaning during and immediately after the reservation. Stays longer than one week require professional cleaning once per week at the guest's expense; more frequent cleaning may be requested at additional expense. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. An upfront security deposit is required and is reimbursed subject to any damages or issues discovered. The owner provides a lease for both parties to sign and may require renters insurance or other appropriate coverage. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The primary bedroom is on the second floor. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be unavailable outside Memorial Day to Labor Day; inquire before booking an off-season stay. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
