The house

The home has an open floorplan with multiple sitting and dining areas, a wood-burning fireplace and central air conditioning. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, cookware, dishes and both pot and Keurig coffee makers. A dedicated work-from-home space, Wi-Fi, treadmill and weight-training equipment are available.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor: one king room with a full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, one queen room, and one room with two twin beds. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, streaming TV and balcony/deck. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The main floor has two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and a half bathroom; the upstairs primary bathroom has a shower and tub.

Outside are an expansive lawn, an uncovered patio with dining furniture and an umbrella, lounge chairs, a gas barbecue, a private tennis court with rackets and balls, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The private heated saltwater pool has an attached hot tub. The yard is fenced.

Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided. The home also has heating, a garage, parking and a private entrance. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The estate is minutes from Southampton and nearby Water Mill. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
