The house

The renovated home has an open-plan living and dining area, picture windows overlooking the backyard, new furnishings and approximately 3,700 square feet of space. All four bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning, TVs and closets. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck access; Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck access. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

The primary suite includes a soaking tub. Three full bathrooms are on the main floor and one is on the lower level; their fixtures include a shower and tub, a shower, a shower/tub combination and a lower-level shower.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware, ice maker, coffee-making equipment, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and ironing equipment are provided. There is a private entrance, living-room television, smart TV, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outside are an uncovered deck/patio, a table with chairs and umbrella, four lounge chairs, a gas grill and a fenced backyard. Beach equipment includes four beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The private outdoor pool is heated and is not fenced. The driveway accommodates four cars. Nearby beaches are a short drive away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Outdoor pool use is typically seasonal, and outdoor furniture and equipment may be unavailable outside the summer season.
