The house

The approximately 3,000-square-foot home sits on a private block near Southampton town. It has three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a television, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements comprise one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Two bathrooms have shower/tub combinations, and the third has a shower. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Indoor spaces include an open living and dining area, hardwood floors, a usable fireplace and a sitting room with a large-screen television. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and pot and Keurig coffee makers. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a work-from-home space, washer, dryer, hair dryer and ironing equipment are available.

Outside are an expansive yard, a patio with a dining table and multiple sitting areas, a gas grill, fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private freshwater outdoor pool is heated and fenced; the backyard is not fenced. Six lounge chairs, six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a cooler are available. Free parking is provided.

Fowlers Beach is a short stroll away, and Southampton town is minutes away. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
