Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Optional air conditioning costs 10€/night; controls are removed if the supplement is not paid. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

Manacor train station and bus stop are 6.7 km away, the supermarket is 7.5 km away and Hospital Manacor is 8.7 km away. The house is arranged over a ground floor and first floor.
