The house

The finca stands in a quiet agricultural area between Felanitx and Manacor, with no direct neighbours. The house measures 300 m² on a 15,000 m² plot and retains handmade details, including a branch-shaped lamp. Outdoor spaces include a garden, a hemp porch, a barbecue and four sun loungers. The private 3 × 8 m pool is 0.45–1.6 m deep and uses water circulation through sand and plants for chemical-free cleaning.

On the ground floor, the living-dining room has satellite TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A second living room has a sofa. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs are a bedroom with four single beds, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a large single bed and two bathrooms with showers. The four-bed bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace with an awning. All bedrooms have air conditioning, available for an optional supplement of 10€/night; controls are removed if the supplement is not paid. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, a cot and a high chair are available. There is free outdoor parking for five cars.

Manacor is 6 km away, and Cala Mendia–Cala Anguila beach is 17 km away. A car is necessary. Pets and events are not permitted. Check-in starts at 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival, and tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
