Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory electricity is charged at 0.40€/KW and mandatory final cleaning at 100€/Stay. Optional heating costs 1.90€/Liter. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
