The house

The finca has 165 m² of interior space on a 3,700 m² plot, with a garden, hedges and a few neighbouring properties. The private saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 4 m and is 1.9 m deep. Outdoor facilities include a shower, sun loungers, parasols, a terrace and a porch overlooking the pool and mountains, with a barbecue.

Inside are a dining room seating six, a living room with satellite television and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free, and central heating is available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, with a bathroom with a bathtub on the same floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels and a hair dryer are available.

Alaró village is 0.9 km away, with shops and restaurants serving Mallorcan cuisine. The surrounding Tramuntana area offers cycling and hiking routes, including Alaró Castle, Biniaraix to Cúber, Orient and Salt d’es Freu. Cala Banyalbufar and Port de Valldemossa are options for trips to rocky coves. Platja de Palma is 32 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars; covered parking and a garage are also available.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Mandatory electricity and final-cleaning charges apply; heating is optional and charged separately. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a damage deposit is payable on arrival.
