House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The house has two floors. Maria de la Salut and its bus stop are 3.5 km away. Ca’n Picafort beach is 13 km away, a 15-minute drive; Cala Torta and s’Arenalet des Verger are half an hour away. Sineu train station is 8 km away, Son Sant Joan airport 42.9 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 25 km, Alcanada golf course 26 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 17 km. Maintenance staff live in adjoining estate houses, while guest facilities remain private.
