The house

The 186 m² house occupies two floors on an estate of more than 300,000 m², with extensive gardens, walking paths and a wooded area at the rear. Peacocks, sheep, horses and other farm animals can be visited on the estate. Maintenance staff live in the adjoining old estate houses; the guest facilities are completely private. A fully equipped bicycle workshop provides tools and other equipment.

The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.40–2 m deep. Around 4,000 m² of lawn surrounds it, with 10 loungers. A terrace wraps around the house, with a large barbecue and a pergola covering an outdoor table for eight.

Inside, modern furnishings combine with antique furniture from the original manor house. The ground-floor living room opens to an air-conditioned kitchen-dining area and has a sofa and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and oven; the extendable dining table seats up to 10. There is also a guest toilet and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and terrace access. Upstairs are one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom and wardrobe.

A cot and high chair can be provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, as are heating, free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for five cars.

Maria de la Salut is 3.5 km away, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, sports facilities and a Friday market. Ca’n Picafort beach is 13 km away, a 15-minute drive. Cala Torta and s’Arenalet des Verger are half an hour from the house.
