Events and smoking are not permitted. Pets are welcome. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa is payable by guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
The two-storey house has both bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom is outside and the other is on the first floor. Access is via a narrow, unpaved road. Inca is 1.7 km away and Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 27 km away. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
