The house

The house has a living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven and microwave. Both upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds and space for a cot. One bathroom is outside and has a shower; the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 4.80 × 2.45 m and is 1.2–1.6 m deep. There are four sun loungers and an outdoor barbecue. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available. Pets are welcome.

Inca is 1.7 km away, with shops, supermarkets, traditional restaurants and a Thursday market. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 27 km away. Access to the house is via a narrow, unpaved road. Inca train station and bus stop are each 2.1 km away; Son Sant Joan airport is 37 km away, Golf d'Alcanada is 34.7 km away, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 32.5 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 3.9 km away.

Events and smoking are not permitted. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over, ranging from €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
