The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

The house is arranged over two floors, with stairs to the four upstairs bedrooms. Outdoor parking accommodates five cars. Ca'n Picafort Beach is 25.3 km away; the northern coast, including Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia, is about 25 minutes away by car. Aeroport de Son Sant Joan is 41.7 km away, Estació de Sineu is 7.3 km away, and the bus stop on Carrer Major in Costitx is 3.4 km away. Aircraft noise may occur depending on wind direction because Costitx lies in a flight path area.
