The house

The house occupies two floors on a secluded, fenced property without direct neighbours. Outside are a 9 × 3.5 m private saltwater pool, 0.5–1.8 m deep, an outdoor shower, two terraces, a furnished porch, a garden, sun loungers, parasols and a fixed barbecue.

The ground floor has a separate living room with three sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen opens to the dining area and includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Heating, a fireplace, towels, a hair dryer and a safe are also available.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and one with two single beds. A separate shower bathroom serves this floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms: three with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two upstairs bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms. All six bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available. Pets are welcome and events are prohibited. Costitx has a Saturday market selling local food and textiles. The northern coast, including Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia, is about 25 minutes away by car. Aircraft noise may occur depending on wind direction because Costitx lies in a flight path area.
