The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. The mandatory Balearic Islands Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
