The single-storey cottage stands on a fenced plot with no immediate neighbours. The entrance porch has a barbecue, and an upstairs terrace has four sun loungers, countryside views and views of the Bay of Alcudia on clear days. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.4–1.7 m deep.
The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. One shared bathroom with a shower serves the house. A cot and high chair are provided for babies.
