Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. Mandatory final cleaning costs €112 per stay. Optional heating costs €15 per night; central heating switches on automatically from 20:00 to 07:00. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
