The house

The villa has a private 9 × 5 m pool with depths from 1 to 1.7 m, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The garden includes a furnished porch, terrace and barbecue.

The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and fireplace. The open-plan kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes: one has a double bed and two have two single beds each. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fans and safe are available. A cot and highchair are provided for babies. Towels are changed every three days, and a change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Central heating switches on automatically from 20:00 to 07:00; optional heating costs €15 per night. Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with exterior space for five cars and covered parking. Recycling bins for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass are provided.

Playa de Muro is 9.5 km away and Sa Pobla town is 3.5 km away. Palma Airport is 55.1 km away. Final cleaning costs €112 per stay and is mandatory; a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required.
