Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
Getting there
All bedrooms are on the first floor. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and the bus stop on Carrer Mossèn Galmés are 850 m away. Sa Coma, s’Illot and Cala Millor beaches are around 16 km away. There is no direct or private beach access.
