The house

The 228 m² house occupies two floors and has three first-floor bedrooms, each with two single beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms have bathtubs, one on each floor. A crib and high chair are available for guests travelling with a baby.

The first-floor lounge has satellite TV. The ground-floor lounge has two armchairs and air conditioning, and the dining room seats six. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for six cars are free.

Outside are a furnished porch overlooking the pool, a first-floor terrace and an outdoor grill. Fruit trees bear oranges, plums, apples, persimmons and prickly pears depending on the season. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 m, with depths from 0.9 to 1.8 m and five loungers around it. The detached house offers privacy in rural surroundings with nearby fields and roads for walking and cycling.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and the bus stop on Carrer Mossèn Galmés are 850 m away. Sa Coma, s’Illot and Cala Millor beaches are around 16 km away. Pula Golf is 11.3 km away, Manacor railway station and Hospital de Manacor are 12 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 55 km away, and Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 47 km away.
