Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Use energy responsibly: 24 kW per night are included, with additional consumption charged at 0.40€/KW. Mandatory final cleaning costs 136€/stay. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
