The house

The villa has a private lawn with sun loungers, a garden and an equipped terrace for outdoor dining. The private chlorine pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 1.70 metres deep.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has air conditioning, a sofa and Smart TV. The equipped induction kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and utensils.

The entrance floor has a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a second bathroom with a bathtub. One upstairs bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace. A cot and high chair are provided for babies.

Wi-Fi, fans, a hair dryer, towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Outdoor parking accommodates five cars; covered parking and a garage are also available.

Inca has restaurants, weekly markets and a leather-craft tradition. The villa is 3 km from town and 29.7 km from Playa de Muro. Hiking trails in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains are nearby.
