The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The additional house has two storeys, with a loft bedroom open to the living room. Llucmajor and its bus stop are 1.5 km away; Cala Pi beach is 12 km away. Palma airport is 15 km away, Son Antem golf course 17 km, Palma train station and ferry 20 km, and Son Llatzer hospital 18.5 km. Palma city centre and Es Trenc, Cala Pi and Sa Rápita beaches are a short drive away.
