The house

The estate is more than 500 years old and retains historic architectural features alongside modern appliances and a mixture of new and restored furniture. The main house has three en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and central heating. Its wine cellar contains handmade barrels more than 200 years old.

The additional two-storey house faces the main building and is included in the stay. Its ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The loft bedroom opens onto the living room and has a wardrobe and two single beds. This house does not have central heating. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside are a private pool, a large terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers, a natural Mediterranean woodland area and countryside views. Wi-Fi is free. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and an oven/stove; a barbecue, an ironing board and a cot are also available.

Llucmajor is 1.5 km away, with local markets, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Palma city centre and the beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Pi and Sa Rápita are a short drive away. Cala Pi beach is 12 km away. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.
