The garden has a chlorine swimming pool measuring 8 × 4 m, with depths from 1.40 to 1.90 m. Sun loungers, parasols, a small chill-out area, a furnished terrace and a porch with a barbecue and dining furniture provide outdoor space.
Inside, the living-dining room has satellite television and connects to a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have one double bed; the first also has a fan. One bathroom with a shower serves the house. A cot and highchair can be provided. Towels and a hair dryer are available. There is no washing machine, Wi-Fi or air conditioning.
