The cottage has a fenced plot with no direct neighbors. Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4.5 m, with depths of 1.1–2 m, four sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A pool-facing porch provides space for barbecues, while a smaller porch has a hammock. There is also a ping-pong table, terrace and garden.
The living area has air conditioning, a sofa, satellite television and a fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery, utensils and a dining table. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, safe, hair dryer and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is free.
Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a closet, with views of the terrace, mountains or countryside. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet; the separate second bathroom has a shower. One cot and one high chair can be prepared if needed.
