The house

The cottage has a fenced plot with no direct neighbors. Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4.5 m, with depths of 1.1–2 m, four sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A pool-facing porch provides space for barbecues, while a smaller porch has a hammock. There is also a ping-pong table, terrace and garden.

The living area has air conditioning, a sofa, satellite television and a fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery, utensils and a dining table. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, safe, hair dryer and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is free.

Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a closet, with views of the terrace, mountains or countryside. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet; the separate second bathroom has a shower. One cot and one high chair can be prepared if needed.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is 2.1 km away, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets; the nearest supermarket is 2.4 km away. Cala Millor Beach is 14.4 km away. Motorway access connects the area with beaches including Cala Millor, Cala Agulla, Costa des Pins and Sa Coma. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars. The building beside the smaller porch is locked storage and is not accessible to guests.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events, pets and smoking are not permitted. A copy of each guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies.
