Intended for families and guests over 28 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two storeys connected by stairs. Algaida centre is 0.75 km away; El Arenal beach is 20.9 km away. Palma is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca airport is 21.9 km away, the Algaida bus stop is 1.9 km away, and Palma train station and ferry terminal are 23.6 km and 24 km away respectively. Golf Son Gual is 11.6 km away and Son Llàtzer hospital is 18.8 km away.
