The house

The fenced property has a garden, a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 metres with depths from 1.10 to 2.10 metres, sun loungers, a porch, a barbecue and outdoor dining and seating areas.

The ground floor has a small living room, an equipped gas kitchen with a dining table, a separate dining room, a double bedroom with air conditioning, heating and garden access, a separate shower bathroom and an additional toilet. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has a second living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, plus the remaining four bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and heating. Two upper-floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: one with a hydromassage shower, the other with a standard shower and a dressing room. A separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a gym area complete the upper floor.

Air conditioning provides cooling only; oil heating is available. Wi-Fi is available, and a cot and high chair can be provided. Exterior parking accommodates five cars.

Algaida centre is 0.75 km away, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. El Arenal beach is 20.9 km away, and Palma is approximately 25 minutes away by car. The villa is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay; pets, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
