House rules
Book the entire home; individual rooms cannot be booked. Overnight occupancy is advertised for 8–12 guests, with extra sleeping arrangements available. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Keep noise mild and within the villa, respecting neighbours; loud music is permitted only within limits and specific hours. Meals cost extra; prepay before check-in to avoid an onsite cash-handling charge of 500 (currency unspecified). All experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability. Optional experiences start at: barbeque ₹850 per person per night; bonfire ₹1,000 one time; karaoke setup ₹5,000 one time; candlelight dinner setup for two ₹2,000 one time; live artist/events ₹15,000 one time; traditional meal ₹999 per person per plate; room decoration ₹3,500 one time; celebration decoration ₹5,000 one time; garden/poolside breakfast setup for two ₹2,500 one time; picnic for two ₹2,000 one time; match screening/movie nights with small bites ₹6,500 one time. Farm tours, private yoga sessions and vegetable plucking are complimentary, subject to prior booking and confirmation.
Getting there
Gangapur Dam is 500 meters away. The villa sits on a scenic hill. Connecting roads are good; check road and weather conditions before driving. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the first floor.
