Can I book individual rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Are meals available onsite?
Meals are available at additional charges. Pay before check-in to avoid an onsite cash-handling charge of 500 (currency unspecified). Tea or coffee is served at breakfast and afternoon tea time; additional daytime servings cost extra.
Is loud music allowed?
Music is allowed within limits and specific hours. Keep noise mild and within the villa, respecting neighbours.
How are the roads to the property?
Connecting roads are good. Check road and weather conditions before setting out.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, before 1 PM, qualifies for a 75% refund; cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, before 1 PM, qualifies for a 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in receives no refund.
