The 2,678-square-foot residence has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main bedroom and second guest bedroom each have a king bed; the third bedroom has a trundle, twin and double bed arrangement. Living-room windows look out over the ridgelines of Vail Valley. A private balcony and a wrap-around deck extend off the main bedroom.
The kitchen includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and tea kettle. Coffee equipment includes a standard drip coffee maker, espresso machine and French press. A dining table, private living room, fireplace, heating, washer, dryer, bed linens and towels are provided. Other amenities include a bathtub, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, stereo, television and smart TV, grill and BBQ area. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
Recreation and building amenities include a hot tub, communal pool, pool table, game room, gym/fitness room, theater room, elevator and ski storage. Ski shuttle service is available. Guests also receive complimentary access to the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch outdoor pool. A private covered garage accommodates one car.
Long-term stays are allowed. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team.
